Darunnajah in Education (DIE) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the editorial, peer-review, copyediting, production, and online publication processes of accepted manuscripts.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

The Article Processing Charge for Darunnajah in Education (DIE) is:

IDR 150,000 per accepted article

The APC is charged only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. There is no submission fee for authors.

The APC covers the standard costs associated with:

  • Editorial processing;
  • Double-blind peer-review administration;
  • Similarity and plagiarism screening;
  • Copyediting and proofreading;
  • Article layout and typesetting;
  • Online publication; and
  • Maintenance of the journal's publishing platform.

Payment Policy

  1. The submission of a manuscript is free of charge.
  2. The APC of IDR 150,000 is charged only after the manuscript has been officially accepted.
  3. Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance and does not influence the editorial or peer-review decision.
  4. All manuscripts are evaluated independently based on academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, relevance, and scholarly contribution.
  5. The APC is charged per accepted article, regardless of the number of authors.
  6. Payment instructions will be provided by the editorial office after the official acceptance decision.
  7. Authors should not make payments directly to editors or reviewers.

Waiver Policy

Authors experiencing genuine financial difficulties may contact the editorial office to request an APC waiver or reduction. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will have no influence on the editorial or peer-review process.

Darunnajah in Education (DIE) is committed to maintaining a transparent and ethical publication-fee policy. The APC supports the sustainability of the journal's publication activities while maintaining the independence and integrity of the editorial and peer-review processes.
