Publication Ethics

Darunnajah in Economics (DIEC) is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. This policy is based on generally accepted principles of responsible scholarly publishing and applies to authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher.

Authors

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts are original, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration by another journal. Authors must report their research accurately, provide appropriate citations, acknowledge all sources, and disclose funding and potential conflicts of interest.

All individuals listed as authors must have made significant contributions to the research and manuscript and must approve the final version. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, and citation manipulation are strictly prohibited.

Editors

Editors are responsible for evaluating manuscripts fairly and objectively based on their academic quality, originality, relevance, and methodological rigor. Editorial decisions must not be influenced by the author's nationality, gender, institutional affiliation, religion, political views, or other personal characteristics.

Editors must maintain confidentiality throughout the editorial and peer-review process and must manage potential conflicts of interest appropriately. Editors are also responsible for taking reasonable action when ethical concerns or allegations of misconduct arise.

Reviewers

Reviewers must conduct reviews objectively, fairly, and confidentially. They should provide constructive comments that help improve the quality of the manuscript.

Reviewers must disclose any potential conflict of interest and decline the review when their impartiality may be compromised. Reviewers must not use unpublished information obtained during the review process for personal or professional purposes.

Publisher

The publisher, CV. Nexus Edu Global, supports the journal in maintaining editorial independence, publication integrity, and the proper preservation of the scholarly record. The publisher does not interfere with editorial decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts.

Plagiarism and Research Misconduct

DIEC does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, unethical research practices, authorship misconduct, citation manipulation, or peer-review manipulation.

Manuscripts may be screened using plagiarism-detection software. When misconduct is identified, the journal may take appropriate action, including rejection, correction, expression of concern, or retraction of a published article.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal interests that could influence the research or editorial process. Any identified conflict of interest will be managed transparently.

Corrections and Retractions

DIEC is committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the published scholarly record. Errors identified after publication may be corrected through an appropriate correction notice. Articles may be retracted when there is clear evidence of serious errors, research misconduct, plagiarism, duplicate publication, or other circumstances that substantially affect the reliability of the published work.

Ethical Commitment

DIEC is committed to conducting the publication process with integrity, fairness, confidentiality, transparency, and academic responsibility. All parties involved in the publication process are expected to comply with this Publication Ethics Policy and contribute to maintaining the quality and credibility of scholarly communication.
